We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Level 4 Telecom Installer to join our fast-growing technical field services team. In this role, you’ll perform high-quality installations of telecom and data infrastructure in facilities such as central offices, mobile switch centers, data centers, and enterprise sites. This is a travel-focused position, open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S., with most work taking place at customer locations across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Level 4 quality telecom infrastructure installations in central offices and similar environments

  • Assemble, mount, and secure racks, frames, fuse panels, equipment cabinets, and cable trays
  • Read and interpret BOMs, work orders, MOPs, network diagrams, schematics, and installation standards

  • Follow RBOC and industry standards for quality, safety, and operational security
  • Install and configure BITS clocks and GPS antenna systems (a plus)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Technician at Syncworks:

  • Travel to customer sites to install, commission, and maintain network synchronization equipment.

  • Conduct acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of timing systems.

What You’ll Do
